Quick and easy check in, staff was great very friendly. Room went above and beyond, along with being clean the our room was big but really cozy, well furnished. Jacuzzi bathtub was a huge bonus we didn't notice on booking but was blown away! Amenities were great, good exercise room and very clean pool, no signs of mold that some older hotels can have. Nice and cold on the hot days and surprising deep! Possibly the best hotel we've stayed at in the Maritimes

Very comfortable stay! We stayed 2 nights in June, within walking distance of everything downtown. The beds were really nice, with loads of pillows! The Wifi was great with loads of channels on TV. The water got hot instantly for the sink and shower! The fridge kept our beer at a nice cold temperature. The breakfast was one of the best hotel/motel style free breakfasts. Nothing to say as a complaint at all. Didn't use the pool, but looked clean and nice. Great stay again, thanks!

We stayed in harbour view room and the view was spectacular. Two wing back chairs to enjoy the view. What a treat to end and begin each day with. Vinyl flooring showed how clean it was. We hate hotel carpet. I had so many issues…double booked by accident, arrived a day late due to flight issues…everything dealt with pleasantly and efficiently. Breakfast was great as were the staff there. Thank you for making our time so wonderful.

While everything was clean the property is a bit tired. Breakfast was a typical hotel buffet breakfast, fine, but the staff in the breakfast room were fantastic. Check-in was easy and the person at the desk gave us lots of information about the area. We did have a nice view of the water from our room. There is a slightly busy road that way but it did not interfere with our sleep so it must calm down at night. The Confederation Trail is right outside the hotel, easy 5 minute walk to the strip and great coffee.

For an older property it was well maintained clean and lots of amenities. I used the pool and gym and found them both really good . They also have a sauna but could not figure out how to turn it up. There breakfast was good to a buffet but you also had servers clearing dishes and refilling coffee . Recommend this place

Nice big clean room. Very comfy bed. Staff were amazing. Across the street from the water and fun things to do. Spinnakers landing was a two minute walk away. Holmans ice cream was a two minute drive. The breakfast was huge and tasty and FREE. Big beautiful pool that nobody used. Snack machines, drink machines. Honestly? Other than being a bit out dated.. it was a ten out of ten!! Highly recommend

I will start by saying the the staff was excellent and the room / hotel was clean. However the property needs extensive upgrades and maintenance throughout. The breakfast was okay but boring and after 4 days 'predictable'. Air conditioning, the fan was so loud and off balance that it had to be turned off at night to sleep which meant the window had to be left open. The room sound proofing was non-existent, you could hear every word someone spoke in the hallways or sound in the room like they were in it with you. Doors and hallways need better soundproofing and fit.
