Dock amenities include posts, cleats and fish table with running water. Downstairs includes covered parking, full size gas grill, outdoor shower, bicycles, inside storage space, bait freezer, and outdoor seating with tables upstairs and downstairs. Conveniently located just minutes from the on-property marina, pool, convenience store and recreation center.
