- Escape the hectic world to Peyton's Patio Homes on beautiful Lake Weir. Whether your visit is for work or play, Peyton’s Patio Homes is the perfect place for your next getaway. We are located 10 minutes from The Villages, approx. 1 hour south of Gainesville and 1 hour north of Orlando attractions.
Our lake front cottage is located on beautiful Lake Weir. We have a boat slip as well as a dock that are available for launching your watercraft, fishing or viewing the breath taking sunsets. Carney Island offers public boat launch and is only a short distance away. Eaton's Beach and Gator Joes Restaurant's are accessible by boat or land.

Our cottage offers 3 fully furnished bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen with appliances along with a large indoor and outdoor living spaces. The indoor living space is furnished with a large comfy couch while the outdoor living space offers a table for dining along with a screened pool, fire pit and an open air lounge area on the dock. Full on-site laundry with detergents is available for our guests stay.
We allow small group family and friends gatherings however we can not allow large events in our neighborhood. Please contact us prior to booking your stay to discuss your small gathering particulars.
