Clean & comfortable beds. Lots of noise from traffic - (ask for room facing courtyard.) Staff & residents (construction workers) are friendly & polite. Breakfast is fruit & cookies, biscuits & muffins. Good coffee (Kurrig) in lobby. Good water pressure, plenty of hot water. :) Safe.
