"Guy was an excellent host and accommodated our needs to come a day later. The view was perfect and we enjoyed some arvo fishing off beach. The house had everything we needed and more. Our labradoodle loved the enclosed back yard as she was able to run free. The sunrise and sunset was beautiful to see each morning and night. Everyone enjoyed their stay thoroughly so thankyou Guy and Julie for a wonderful break."

"Smell on arrival appeared to be coming from a very dirty oven. The home was reasonably clean but not to a high standard, with marks on the walls.Good location and easy communication with the property manager.Overall, an okay stay, but cleanliness and maintenance need improvement."

Reviewer Comments: We were told to bring toilet paper & dish detergent but upon arrival found it wasn’t needed as it was supplied...kitchen had plenty of crockery, mugs, glasses; pots n pans etc. It was a good location, quiet n tranquil. Would have liked to leave screen doors open n locked overnight to allow breeze to air the house but they couldn’t be locked. Lovely hot water for us both at night but wonder how the small hot water system would cope with full house of 11 people! Overall a pleasant place to stay."

It was clean inside but lots of big cobwebs between screens and glass and in outside furniture. Big bushes in driveway should be trimmed so car can pass through easier. Also having wifi would have been a bonus."
