Stayed here for 5 nights and absolutely loved it. The staff were so kind, helpful & made our stay very enjoyable. Special mention to the chef, he was amazing. The villa was beautiful, quiet and walking distance to the beach. Massage in the room was a treat. Will definitely be back. Thank you Agrapana!

Beautiful Quiet Location

From pick up at the airport to departure the staff at Agrapana were so helpful and accommodating. Our villa was lovely. Pool was beautiful. All the food we had was fresh and delicious. It is away from hustle and bustle of main resort areas, but is great for visiting lots of attractions, Ubud, safari, waterfalls. We spent our first three days here and it was perfect!

I found a little slice of paradise at Agra Pana Villa Beach in Sukawati – peaceful surroundings, a stunning location, and the kindest people I’ve ever met. The staff was so attentive, I honestly think they could read minds (or at least cravings before I could say them out loud). And the food? So delicious, I seriously considered canceling my flight home. It was an unforgettable experience – and I’ll be back, hungry and happy!

Our Stay at agrapana was great. We loved the scenery and privacy. Staff were lovely and accommodating. On the other hand, I Would have love to have bottled water at my disposal without having to ask for plastic bottles to the staff and a better deal with the towels provided.

Beautiful relaxed stay at this very quiet location. Staff could not do enough for us. Room was lovely and cool upon arrival although it did not have a view of the pool from the bedroom as shown in photos on website. Breakfast was beautifully prepared every morning and ample in portions. Dinners and lunches were yummy too. Bed was comfy and hot shower was lovely. The sunrises from the private rooftop deck are amazing too. The staff are very young but they give it their all. We appreciate their kind hospitality. This 6 villa resort is only 200 metres from the ocean and when relaxing by the private pool you can hear the waves. Amidst rice paddies it is isolated and about 15 minutes from Sanur but a GRAB transport vehicle will get you there very quickly. Overall a fantastic, relaxing stay 🙏 Thank you so much 😊

I’ll start by saying the property itself is quite beautiful and the staff were welcoming. I originally booked a 16-day stay but ended up leaving after only two days due to a significant insect issue and baby crabs entering my room. I received several bug bites that caused an allergic reaction, and I simply couldn’t continue staying under those conditions. I informed the receptionist about the situation and she was kind and showed me another villa, but I didn’t feel comfortable risking another night, so I checked out and moved to another property. I requested a partial refund…not a full one because I paid for 16 days and only stayed two. She assured me that a refund would be granted and advised me to contact Expedia, who would then communicate with the villa. After leaving, Expedia attempted multiple times to secure a partial refund on my behalf, but the manager refused. When I reached out directly, the manager stated they would not issue any refund because they “denied others a villa” due to my stay. However, during my time there I only ever saw one other guest, and I was even shown a vacant villa they were willing to move me to, so the explanation simply didn’t add up. I’m extremely disappointed with how this was handled. While I was on the property, everything was promises and reassurance, but once I left, the entire story changed and my concerns were dismissed. I wouldn’t stay here again, book with caution.

Hotel Agrapana Beach Villa is a beautiful place where you can find some time to relax, privacy with your own pool. The rooms are well maintained and clean, the pool is TOP. In Bali it is a nice place and standard for a very good price. The people and staff are nice and try to help. The restaurant has a nice selection for very good prices. I recommend the floating breakfast 👌 really an experience. The location is outside the city, which may be a disadvantage for some, also the public beach is full of garbage. But it depends on what you prefer. Very good quality price ratio.

I like the design and staff of the villa. The private pool is amazing too. But there are a lot of different type of insects in the villa, like centipede, mosquito, gecko and ants. I am concerned with the cleaniness of the villa since many moving ants are on bed even the staff had cleaned the room. Also, we have to ask the staff to fix the hot water before bathing everyday.

初めて部屋に通されたときありえない数の虫の死骸が ありとても気持ち悪かったです。排水も悪くかなり詰まってました。 翌日掃除をお願いしたら綺麗になっていました。 ただスタッフの対応はとても素晴らしく ご飯も全部おいしかったです。 なので最初の虫の死骸があったのはとても残念でした。

Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, Essen Im Restaurant war auch sehr gut. Am besten ist sotoayam Indonesische Suppe 😂. Würden wieder kommen. Konnten 14 Tage als Ausgangspunkt viele sehenswerte Wasserfälle, Tempel und Reisfelder anschauen. Gruß an suernata und sein Team.
