The room was very clean. There was plenty of space to walk around. The kitchen was a very small galley kitchen but it was clean and worked perfectly for a few nights stay.

There was a great deal of construction outside the hotel, so a bit frustrating trying to get an uber, etc. Not super convenient to walk to places, but we did. Lots of cute restaurants and bars in the area. One of the elevators was broken the entire time we were there. I got the strong sense it has been broken for a long time. They did offer coffee near the front desk, but (and maybe this is just me), I found it super annoying there was either no garbage can or the small one they had was overflowing. This was 4 feet away from the front desk. I was also annoyed a bit that the day before our departure, I asked for a late check out. They told me I would have to check the morning of. I called first thing and they indicated they don't do that. Just say no on first contact and manage expectations. They did store our luggage for us, The room was very nice. Bed comfortable. Shower was nice. Room was large. Felt very safe. Did not eat/drink at the restaurant so can't comment.

Staff was helpful professional and polite. The over all feel of the hotel was great it was updated and explained well on line. Bkfst was not included but reasonably priced. Service was outstanding . The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and actually had a little more room than expected. My only complaint was the first floor hall way was a little dark and musty smelling , the elevator Art was a sweet surprise.
