Secure property with fencing. Grounds are ok. Rooms are moderate. No place to walk to for dining. Told many rooms were booked for the weekend, but didn't see cars to validate this claim. I think many rooms were taken for residents or repair.

The room was old and worn out the fridge and microwave were old trash the A/front was broken in a few spots you could not read the dail for cool or heat ,holes in the wall the room was clean but looked like a drug users room i didn't feel comfortable rhere at all the tv was good staff was very friendly and gave me a refund when i asked for it i would not recommend staying there

All was good as expected. The controlled access to the parking lot made fill safe. But... the sheets had cigarette burns all over, and the room smelled "funny". It was tolerable for me, but for my wife it wasn't. Will I stop in again? Maybe, if I need a one night stand only; but for my wife is a serious no.

So first of all I'd just like to say that the woman at the desk was helpful and friendly. She moved me into a non-smoking room when I had accidentally booked a smoking room and she was good with customer service. But besides that, not good. When I book a cheap motel in Canada and most parts of the US I expect it to be kind of ugly and to run into some dishevelled guests. In this case there was a lot of questionable milling about and there was a roach crawling right across the floor when I came in. I returned the key and went somewhere else. I will try to get a refund. I Googled the place and found old reviews about bedbugs. I would have been willing to disregard the old reviews if not for the roach.

ARRIVE BEFORE 10 PM!!! If you arrive before 10 p.m., I heard that you can get decent/good and expedient service. I got in from a delayed flight, and did not get to the hotel until around 10:30, but I could not check in until 11:10 pm since there was no worker at the check-in desk. He was outside hanging out with drinking friends outside and hadn't realized that guests were in line until just after 11 pm In my room, one of the chairs was cracked and ready to break if you were to lean back in it. But, at least it was the chair further away from the door, so less guests will notice. Sink was cracked, but worked. And things were definitely wiped down, but not sure how clean they were, with the visible creamy white wipe marks. At least the beds seemed fine though. Not very close to the city's public transit. Overall, Beds are okay, I would highly recommend staying at a different location. Definitely the worst service that I have ever had, but only the second worst room that I've stayed in.

I checked in late after a day of work so I was just reserved to settling in. Easy Calm environment! A definite plus to the Climate Control. It was user friendly and very circulitory in getting the room to the desired temperature effectively before My Guest arrived.

The placebisva little bit of India in Camp Springs

This place has really changed since my stays there in the early 2000's. The family that rooms the place runs it enough to stay open. Onlybreason I stayed there was because my dogs were woth use pn this trip. This place is a real dump compared to the people that to run it when ItWas Clean. I believe the cleaning crew lives on property along with the owner who I know live there.
