"Super clean, beautiful design. Extremely quiet rooms, quiet area but close to the main shopping streets and close to public transportation. Would definitely stay there again. "
"The hotel is right across from the famous Tsukiji market where you can find and eat the all the Japanese delicacies you’ve seen on YouTube. Also 20 meters from the hotel is a ramen shop and a restaurant. There’s also a family mart and a Sukiya nearby. The Ginza shopping district is walkable but I suggest taking an Uber or a cab (download Taxi Go app) after shopping. The staff were friendly and the rooms are spacious for a Japanese hotel. The bathroom is spacious and clean. The free breakfast is so worth it to get your day started. I highly recommend this place!"
"We stayed at the Sotetsu Fresa Inn Nanachome Ginza and had a very pleasant experience. While the standard twin room was more compact than we're used to, it was spotless and well-maintained, with comfortable beds that made for restful nights.
The hotel offers a variety of complimentary amenities including toothbrushes, hairbrushes, teas, and coffees—perfect for travellers who appreciate thoughtful touches. We especially loved the convenience of having washers and dryers available, as well as a convenience store right on the first floor. These extras made our stay even more comfortable and hassle-free.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our visit, always ready to assist with a smile. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of Ginza, within walking distance to countless shops, restaurants, and public transit.
We’d definitely consider staying here again on a future visit to Tokyo.

"This place is awesome!!! Walking distance to the metro and accessible to other parts of town.
Walkable to the Ginza area that is full of shopping, dining etc.
The staff really treat you as their house guests and are extremely helpful. Can’t say anything more about how hospitable they are.
We fell in love with the custom Iconic pajamas that they provide in the rooms and it’s a shame they don’t sell them. If they did we would bring back a bunch and forego the rest of duty free shopping that we did…just awesome.
Would definitely return again and again.
Highly recommend from our experience…oh, the breakfast in the restaurant is very good!"
