"My family enjoyed our stay in the large, comfortable, extremely tidy and well fit-out property. Although on our arrival it was hard to walk to (with suitcases) from Tobu-Nikko, and very few buses. Access was much easier when we hired a car. Close to small convenience store and short drive to grocery store. Best was the artificial hot spring bath. Thank you for hosting this lovely property."
"This is a great hotel with a fantastic history. Large, comfortable, quiet rooms in a serene setting. The staff is friendly, efficient, and eager to make your stay as comfortable as possible. They made us feel like royalty. "
"For a supposed 2 star rated hotel was well above that, on par with 3 star anywhere in Australia. Room was very comforable and bed was biggest I have ever slept in, could have fitted 4 people easy."

"Stayed for one night as a couple. Excellent location and room facilities; it’s right next to the National Park, making for a convenient return to the hotel before jumping into the onsen in the evening as you await a decadent dinner. Thoroughly impressed with dinner consisting of local fish, pickles, rice and beef showing off Tochigi’s local produce
Would stay again"

"A nice, clean hotel conveniently located very close to the station. The top floor offers a lovely view, and the simple breakfast was a good start to the day. Overall, a comfortable stay for one night in Nikko."
