"We LOVED this home! Stayed here for a bachelorette trip! It was extremely cozy and welcoming. We especially loved the outdoor fire pit. We enjoyed the convenience to town and wineries; however, beware this home had an abundance of stink bugs (understandable as this home is in the woods) but there were many dead ones under the pillows of the couch and in some of the beds, but we didn’t mind flicking them away. We were also told to “enjoy the wine and treats” in the home, but we arrived and no wine nor treats were to be found. Not a big deal, but something we were expecting because we were told about it! Overall, a good stay, and would recommend to others as long as you don’t mind bugs!"

"Such a great location and getaway for us and friends to visit our daughter at UVA over Easter weekend. The cottages are so well appointed that you will feel like you are at home, only better! Can't say enough about the quality of the furnishings, communication, cleanliness, etc!"

"What a gem! Everything in Charlottesville was so expensive so we widened our search and I am so glad that we did! The Crossroads Inn was amazing. Our room was so cute! We signed up for the dinner with wine pairings from the local vineyard, which was delicious. The breakfasts were so good - super fresh. And they thought of everything - feed to give to the chickens, water and snacks, and chocolates too. The staff was so friendly. If you have the opportunity to stay here, do it! You won't regret it."

"I am thrilled to give this host a 5 star review! We were not able to go on our trip because of the impending storm (it was all over the news). The host graciously allowed us to cancel very close to our arrival date in order to avoid us being stranded in the cottage. They were responsive, caring, and more than fair about the situation. Excellent customer service and kindness from the host.We can't wait for the weather to improve to get down there and actually stay in the cottage! "
