"Breakfast was very good. Restaurant/bar in the evening was great! The bed had some body indention and should be replaced. The dog walking area with no grass is pretty different, but it was easy to keep clean. Overall a good experience."

"The towels were terrible. Not thick. Hardly would dry a person. No carpet and the bare floors were cold. Breakfast was bad. All carbs. No protein. Just waffles and bread and cereal. Bed was very comfortable."

"The pillows and bed were comfortable! Staff very helpful and accommodating. This is just a FYI: I think when it says breakfast included, you should be able to see what that breakfast includes, we all know continental is bread, cereal , juice and maybe some fruit. Still should be spelled out. Also, we usually travel with a trailer, I don’t like to have to call to see if they have trailer parking. Thanks"

"This rental was amazing! It was located in a beautiful spot on the edge of town and the wilderness. It was close enough to the town for food and activities, but far enough out to where it felt like we weren’t right in town. The house was comfortable, clean and homey. We would definitely recommend this place to others, and will stay there again if we are vacationing in Raton or the surrounding area!"

"The door did not close properly, they do not have the extra security lock for you, there are homeless people hanging out on the couch along side of the building, the toilet in the bathroom would break if a heavy set person sat on it, broken tiles all over, sink holes in the fall under the carpet, and best of all NO SMOKE ALARM!!!! DO NOT STAY!!!"
