The room itself was much nicer than expected. Unlike most listings, the photos have not been enhanced. Yes, the facility is over 50 years-old, but is clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Staff was as helpful as could be.

Just an old mom & pop hotel. It was clean, comfortable beds, refrigerator, microwave! The water takes a little time to heat up, that was good. For the price we paid we would stay again

All the staff was very nice and very helpful and also just genuinely good people. I’m thankful for that in them so everybody who judges a room in a place by stars maybe you should really try their places like this cause these people will do sometimes way above a better with those Richie places to do. Remember that have a blessed day y’all. !

Although the exterior seems a little questionable, don’t let that fool you. The staff was friendly, the room, although a bit dated, was clean and comfortable. We ate dinner at the attached diner and that was tasty too!

Don't judge this book by its cover. Although run-down on the outside, our room was very clean, and it was obvious the housekeeper took great care in their work. We only stayed one night, but the room was spacious and the beds were comfortable.

Quaint motor lodge with a vintage vibe and friendly staff. Rooms were clean and cozy and the diner was adorable. We'll definitely stay again when we're in the area.

Super clean for an old property. Feels like your back in the 50's at this place. It's no frills but we just needed a place to sleep. Beds were super comfy, and room really clean. There were only about 6-7 people staying at this gem.

Great stay at this vintage motel in Raton

We had a pleasant stay in our room in this vintage mom and pop motel founded in the 50s. It was very quiet even though on the main road through town. the room was clean and comfortable at a good rate. The Oasis Diner on site is a plus. Good home cooking at great prices. The servers there are attentive and friendly.
