"The check in staff support process is lacking. The support is a call center outside the US. They are reading off a script and can't really help. It is the second time that when booking boutique or non known hotels from Expedia that the check in process is lacking and there is no support. I will be wiser in the future - twice bitten "

"A fun & memorable stay for a Christmas family vacation. The cabin was cozy and decorated for Christmas. Helpful things we appreciated were the dog bowls and crate, the baby pack & play and high chair. We enjoyed the hot tub, outdoor games, both fireplaces, the amazing views of the mountains, and how close to town this cabin is!! "

"Our family had a wonderful time at Scenic Ridge 11/21-11/25. This property has it all including clear views of the mountains and plenty of privacy. We had a great night of reminiscing with smores around the fire pit and making home cooked meals in the kitchen which was well equipped. It truly is a beautiful home.
