"My wife and I had the pleasure of staying in the Caboose Suite for two days and nights, and its appointments and location contributed to our thoroughly enjoyable visit to Blue Ridge, now our favorite town in N Georgia. The Southern Charm -- both restaurant and 2nd floor suites -- are in a prime Main Street location at reasonable rates, which made it a good value for our short, off-season stay. We slept soundly in the premium King Bed with quality pillows, and we did not experience any street noise, which we wondered about when we booked it. The Suite was as tasteful and spacious as pictured, and lacked none of the essentials -- especially the Keurig coffee pot, which was especially appreciated since the restaurant below does not open until late morning. We were able to get one of the parking spots behind the building close to the entrance door (and stairs) every evening, so it was convenient and we felt safe at any hour. We also appreciated the detailed, professional, communications via both email and text to confirm our reservations, and included clear directions on how to access the room. All in all, we agreed that we would be very happy to re-book this lodging on our next trip to the area, and gladly recommend it to other traveling singles or couples. (I would only give 5 stars to more full-service upscale lodging) Onwards; Matt"

"Breakfast was ok. I thought the coffee area was a little dirty; the reception and common area smelled like cigarettes, and the bed sheets smelled like someone else's perfume. I wouldn't stay again for the price I paid."

"Had a great stay. It’s located right off the main drag with an included parking spot and perfect for walk around town and not worrying about parking. Or driving. The rooms were as described. Communication with Mike was fast and efficient. The uniqueness and history of the building is something that drew me in as well. Thanks for a good experience!"

"I recently spent a few days in Blue Ridge and chose to stay at Southern Charm, right on Main Street in the heart of downtown. I booked the Boxcar Room and from the moment I walked in, I knew I’d picked the right place. The room was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully put together.Being downstairs made everything incredibly convenient. I could step out and be right in the middle of town within seconds. Restaurants, boutiques, coffee shops, everything was an easy walk away. As someone traveling alone, feeling safe matters. Southern Charm delivered that in every way. The atmosphere was welcoming, and I never once felt uneasy coming and going.It’s rare to find a place that checks all the boxes, clean, comfortable, convenient, and safe but Southern Charm did exactly that. I’ll definitely be returning on my next visit to Blue Ridge. It truly lived up to its name.---"

"Amazing space! Plenty of room for 1 or 2 couples. Outside area was very relaxing with great lighting and ambiance. Easy to walk to downtown Blue Ridge and good location for other activities. Had everything you needed and the bathroom renovation was very nice! Would like to stay here again!"
