"The room was ok, linens were clean, so that was a plus. Random hairs around the room, stone floors. My biggest issue was the location, which I didn't know was a bad part of town. When we arrived, staff was escorting vagrants from the property. I walked to the gas station nearby & was solicited by prostitutes. Staff wasn't overly welcoming, seems like they don't get the best guests & treated me like I was using the room for questionable activities. My son & I were going to the Panthers game. Won't stay here next visit."

"Very clean and accommodating tiny house. Good proximity to a Lynx rail station having parking allowing us to get around Charlotte to various walkable destinations from other rail stations. Would definitely stay again!"

"The hotel and room were very clean. Bed was super comfortable and there was plenty of light in the room. Room appeared to be revently renovated with hard wood floors and nice bathrooms. Breakfast was adequate with scrambled eggs and make your own waffle option; a meat (bacon, hame, or sausage) would have been a nice addition to breakfast. Ample parking and a gym were available at this hotel. Staff was pleasant though we not quick to greet you when entering the lobby or wishing you a good day. Check out was efficient. "
