"The 2 Vehicle Charging cables were broken and did not work for Tesla using the adapter, they said the pool was closed in 85° weather they said that it was seasonal I can understand if we’re in New York. I did not know of the pool closure and also being only seasonal cause I had young kids weren’t to enjoy the pool. I was on the rooftop. They were so excited huge disappointment expected more from Omni"

"For starters you’re right next to a train station so the rooms are loud. Also know that this hotel does not have free parking, you park in a public parking and it’s not cheap. You can valet but the price will fluctuate if there’s an event going on. There’s a bar inside the hotel with basically nothing good to eat. They were serving chips and salsa and hummus. That’s it. The bathroom door had a frosted glass so if you turn on the light to use the bathroom or shower and someone else is in the other room, the light from the bathroom will light up the bedroom. The layout is also weird. Very little lights inside the room. The only good thing about this hotel is the convenience of being close to restaurants and venues because you’re right across the street from the Spectrum center and about 15 minute walk from B of A Stadium."

"nice design, clean and friendly staff. Lacking: info on the fact that the entrance is facing the SIDE of the building (not street side) & the front desk is on the 5th floor. during our stay, there was only one of two elevators working, so there was quite a way to get up to the lobby and down from the lobby. The only other amenity issue I would like to share is that the bathroom door is a sliding door, without much privacy or even sealing in the steam from the shower and the sound of a flush or whats goin in the bowl TO BE flushed. Otherwise, everything else was fine"

"Easy parking in driveway. Couldn't ask for a better location in town. Home is older and has some quirks, but very charming. Beds was incredibly comfortable. "

"Perfect for what we needed. The walls could use a little cleaning and/or fresh paint, but overall still clean. Couch picture was not a good representative as to what furniture was actually in the living room so a little bummed that we couldn’t all get super cozy for a movie, but we could all still at least sit on something. Host was quick to respond with questions. Optimist Hall is about 1.4 miles away so it’s definitely doable, but not a quick walk. I enjoyed the 4 min, if that, walk to get coffee though at a cute shop close by! I personally missed that this was a townhome and even though it was in the description, an exterior picture on the listing would be helpful for some! Thankfully, all was quiet and we had no issues! Thank you for a lovely stay. "
