"The room was ok, linens were clean, so that was a plus. Random hairs around the room, stone floors. My biggest issue was the location, which I didn't know was a bad part of town. When we arrived, staff was escorting vagrants from the property. I walked to the gas station nearby & was solicited by prostitutes. Staff wasn't overly welcoming, seems like they don't get the best guests & treated me like I was using the room for questionable activities. My son & I were going to the Panthers game. Won't stay here next visit."

Lovely safe, walkable neighborhood in the heart of NODA, with easy private parking at the home, 2 smart TV's, and all the amenities you need for a great trip!Host was was impressively responsive, and ensured all need were met in a timely manor, and went above and beyond with accomodations too.Clean (duplex) house, and while on the smaller size, was bigger than expected, nicely decorated, with a spacious bed (and a second one for guests) and an enclosed porch. Freezer doesn't have an ice maker, but no biggie, and everything worked well and was quiet. Overall wonderful experience!!"

"Very clean and accommodating tiny house. Good proximity to a Lynx rail station having parking allowing us to get around Charlotte to various walkable destinations from other rail stations. Would definitely stay again!"
