"The rooms were clean but there was a heavy chemical cleaning odor through the rest of the facility, which may affect some. The pool was not at all appealing: it did not look clean, smelled strongly of chlorine and most of the lights were not operating. The staff was friendly and helpful but seemed to be understaffed. Overall, the stay was good but could have been even better if these few items are addressed."

"We have stayed at this hotel a few times, the rooms are nice and clean. The staff are friendly and the breakfast is very good. I really appreciate the new bar & grill in the hotel, it's a nice option if you don't want to go out to eat. The only negative is that the beds are not comfortable, the mattress is too hard."

"Me and my family’s go to hotel. Staff is pleasant and we’re very warm and welcoming towards me and my family. I used the laundry room and business center easily. These amenities were convenient with me working remotely. Breakfast was pretty good, a few options and Ms. Sharon is such a sweetheart! Anything we asked for they never made us feel like we were a bother. Will definitely recommend and will be returning."
