"Unfortunately the stairs were very steep and the light on landing/stairs didn't work it was too dangerous and difficult to see if the bulb needed changing do we had many perilous journeys down the stairs.There were also no instructions manuals for anything.The area was very run down and not at all pleasant. "I stayed 5nights in the cottage recently with my son & husband, it was truly great, the rooms are exactly like in the photos; it is clean and cosy with comfy beds; everything works (heating, good shower pressure, fridge, oven & smart TV). The cottage's central location is perfect for day trips e.g to Brecon Beacon's Pen y Fan, The Four Waterfalls, Caerphilly and Cardiff to name a few. The Host is lovely and replies to messages quickly, she went above and beyond to find some local attractions for us, which was appeciated. Can't really fault anything and highly recommend the cottage. "
