On check-in, our room was missing toilet paper, tissue, soap. The slippers were dirty, but most importantly, the safe was not working. The receptionist did her absolute best to solve our issues, but she wasn't given many resources. Also, the hotel is very close to the airport so expect to hear airplanes from around 7am-1am."
