Stayed here for nearly 2 months and love this place. It's quiet, safe and out of the way. The staff and all the neighbors are very sweet and friendly. It's not far to catch a Grab into town proper. There's something magic about the place itself. Go solo or with a group and rent out the bungalows.
This was a nice place for a cheap price on a very beautiful piece of property which was very well kept.
Breakfast was offered in the mornings in the pool area, cleaning is available on request just by putting the sign on the door before leaving the room for the day.
Of course, very friendly staff! I will most likely be returning to this hotel when I return in April for songkran festival!
This was the second time I stayed at this location. This time I was in a standalone room on the property instead of in one of the rooms on the second floor. The hotel location is fairly simple to get to, located within a gated community where there are at least two guards on duty at all times that check all vehicles going in and out. They are also very friendly.
If you have a family, and you're looking for hotels in Chiang Mai, this would be a great place, as it is away from the busyness, chaos, and loud traffic of a lot of the other parts of the city.
The staff is always very accommodating

The resort is in disrepair and the rooms are outdated. The staff is nice but this place could really do with some updating. But you get what you pay for a budget hotel room the bed was comfortable with amazing pillows.
A nice hotel in a quiet secure neighborhood. Has a small coconut grove and koi ponds. It is best to rely on taxis to get around, walking places is difficult. It was very quiet but sometimes in the afternoon you could hear people working and children singing. Which was nice.
You'd have to go around the airport to get to the place and I felt it was really isolated especially with the security gate. Everything is NOT in a walking distance. You'd need a car or a bike to go around.
