This hotel is the best hotel in Chiang Mai. The staff were attentive and extremely accommodating to my needs going above and beyond to make sure that I am comfortable during my stay. Staff also ensuring that I get into the right taxi and helping me with luggage in and out of car. My stay here was the highlight of my entire trip to Thailand I definitely will be coming back to this hotel. My only suggestion is that they add more railing to the rooms that are only accessed by stairs.

We had a great stay in July 2024. Service was outstanding and very personalized. Really liked the boutique feel. Breakfast was delicious. The staff upgraded us to a junior suite and the drinks in the refrigerator were all free. We will definitely come back next time.

The location and the property was great, the staff and the services were as promissed. Yet thenonly thing was the road noise kept waking me up. Thats due to the room location in the road facing cluster.

A five star boutique experience in the Nimman area

I stayed here for four nights and was amazed and impressed. The common areas are extremely elegant. My room was one of the best hotel rooms I have had in many years- large, comfortable and incredibly tasteful decoration. There were all sorts of small, generous touches that I really appreciated, like the the contents of the fridge being free until it is replenished (i.e. you get a beer a few cans of soft drink for free), lots and lots of bottled water. When they came to turn the sheets in the evening they brought small gifts. Food was very good- they have a Thai-Japanese fusion restaurant attached, staff were excellent- great service and very sweet. Not quite everything is perfect, it's maybe a little awkward having the kitchen overlooking the pool, but overall everything is so good. I know this area very well and I think this hotel is pretty much unique- there aren't any other real five star hotels around Nimman.

This property was absolutely amazing! The staff go above and beyond to treat you with the utmost respect. Perfect location too, 10 minutes from airport. The breakfast offered daily is such an elevated experience. Food is made to order eggs benedict, french toast, ramen and others are all options. Not one single complaint about the food or the drinks. The bartender is an absolute master of his craft. The room was amazing the nightly gifts were thoughtful. I just absolutely love this place. We will be back!

Where TO STAY in Chiang Mai

From the lychee welcome drink to the bottle of water when we left the experience was memorable. Breakfast was opulent and non stop if you continued to order. We met the head chef and he was into diverse foods. Wonderful stay. We already referred Two families even before we left.
