"Very Nice hotel "

"Didn't even have full size bath towels let alone a wash rag. Didn't have my room cleaned or trash took out my whole week stay. The breakfast wast absolutely disgusting."

"One for the books for sure. We had booked several nights for our trip in South Dakota. My grandpa had passed away we were there for a funeral and had to bring the kids… so we booked for the pool and it was close to family…. Well we get there and the front desk gal was complaining that she was ready to go home and was going home after checking us in. I asked if we could book additional nights as things came up and family needed us to stay longer. She said no do it on Expedia wouldn’t even check prices for us… then she hands us the paper to sign and check in and waits till I sign it to tell me that their pool is down for renovation….but the hot tub works… We needed the pool for the kids especially since it was going to be a long time for them it was something to take their minds off the funeral. I said okay and we went to our room We enter the doors to the pool area which is how you get to the room and the area is stacked with old beds and dressers stained and smelling like urine. We get up to our room and it was also dirty. Stains on the sheet long black hair on the shower walls. Just Grose. We tried to reach the front desk but she was gone. My kids had been in the car for 12 hours and really wanted to use the hot tub so while my husband called Expedia to get this worked out they used the hot tub. The hot tub was mostly clean but there were chunks of long black hair floating around. It was 20 minutes till when we left. Do not stay here!!!!"
