"Had to remind staff to clean room every other day. Our door was left open when we came back from our day out. Told desk and she said she would talk to the general manager, didn’t hear anything from them. The water stunk of supper smell, unable to drink it. Told three staff, nothing was said, not even offering bottled water. Told hot coffee and water was available 24/7 it was always cold. The fridge froze every thing solid in our room. The door to the bathroom wouldn’t lock, handle was broken. Dated decor. Thermostat didn’t work on the wall and the fan was extremely loud when we turned up the air. Drove to great beaches and local restaurants. "

"I would not recommend this place. The rugs were dirty, the room had a chemical small, airplanes fly over regularly, the train runs every 1/2 hour, and we left after 1 night of a 3 night stay. The bed was very comfortable and the staff were excellent."

"People were very friendly. Beach access was excellent. We had limited hot water, restrooms off the pool areas were not clean and food was average."

"The room air conditioner was making such loud noise that I couldn’t sleep well. The hotel is too pricey for the not updated rooms! "
