When I took my dog out to use the restroom, there was piles of dog feces, everywhere making it difficult to have my dog walk through that area without getting fecal matter on his own paws. There are homeless tents surrounding the area which made it scary to want to walk my dog at night. Also, the place is loud, people walking around all hours of the night, cars coming and going. "Rented for 2 nights with my son in July 2024. Communication was good for check-in as this is a condo style building with rental units. Our unit had dirty dishes in the sink, unclean counters no bedding and only a small window with no AC. The manager came and agreed it was unacceptable and helped us move our belongings back out to the car. I was told I would get a refund and received approx 2/3. The accountant who I was directed to discuss the remaining refund did not return my message. "
