6/10 Okay

"The room smelled very clean and the linens appeared clean. The floor was somewhat dirty and the furniture, baseboards, and bathroom counter had some stains and could use a deep cleaning. The shower pressure and temperature was great and everything worked great aside from the fridge, which was cool but not cold. I liked the self check-in and the security lock on the doors. Other visitors were quiet, but you can definitely hear the traffic sounds all night. Overall, the visit was okay and met my basic needs, but probably not something I'd want to return to. You get what you pay for."

"Great property if you enjoy a great view of Oyster Bay, The best shower pressure I've ever experienced with a bit of nostalgia thrown in. Don't let the original MOTEL sign scare you, it's part of the charm. Breakfast is very adequate and the staff are great. I would recommend this Inn/Motel/Hotel to a family member. Request the 3rd floor if available, the view will knock your socks off!"

"A solid three star hotel. Staff should communicate to guests that maid service only comes every 3 days so as to set expectations. Staff is polite and responsive, aside for the cleaning crew who don't communicate well-- my guess is they're a subcontracting company. Parking is fine, the free breakfast is a 2-star affair but their breakfast concierge is very outgoing."

"La habitación estaba sucia. Todos los muebles tenían bastante polvo. Ya en la ducha me doy cuenta que no había acondicionador. También, creo da muy mal aspecto que la tina esté oxidada. Además, había manchas en las sábanas, no sé si eran permanentes o de que eran esas manchas cafés. En la noche, encendí el televisor e intenté bajar el volumen pero no servía el botón de bajar el volumen, solo los otros. El desayuno es bastante básico. Y hay solo 2 tipos de frutas y están completas, no cortadas. Si quieres salir a la terraza, la puerta está muy dura para abrirse y está muy feo afuera."

"While the location is just right, this hotel is not! The hotel had a musty odor but looked clean. The entryway was a mix of 1980's meets colonial south The evening attendant was kind but pressured. They said the same rehearsed dialogue for each one of us checking in. One surprise was that we selected this hotel over the others, it was due to the fact they advertised 24-7 pool and spa. This was not the case. Even though it was clearly advertised as available amenity it was closed. Drained and bone dry, not even humidity or moisture on the windows. When the elevator door opened we were greeted with the strong smell of mildew. The room was worse. We immediately tried airing out the rooms. To make things worse, the first blast of water out of the faucet was air with mold mixed chlorine. For those with severe allergies or compromised immune systems, this is not the hotel for you. It cost me a week of asthmatic related issues and s trip to the ER"
