Our stay was lovely the only problem was that the owners were not aware of our booking and said that they had received no correspondence from hotels.com. they accommodated us perfectly but had they been fully booked then this would have been a big problem for us. I would appreciate your feedback on this.

Welcoming hosts, lovely property & ideal location

Lovely property with some history. Very welcoming hosts, where nothing was too much trouble. Located by the canal with 20 minute walk into Stratford-upon-Avon. Large room, comfortable bed and en suite just perfect. Big choice of fruits, pastries, ham and cheeses for continental breakfast. Plenty of space for parking at property. I will stay again when next visiting Stratford-upon-Avon. Thank you Silvana and Nick.

Comfortable, clean and welcoming. Highly recommend

We make a point of looking for individual hotels rather than the usual chains and sometimes this can be a little risky. No such problem at the Victoria Spa, however. From the initial welcome to the company of the charming owners, our brief stay was a delight. The room was decorated in a highly individual style, in keeping with the age of the building and everything was clean and well presented. Comfy bed and lovely bathroom made us feel very much at home. We will be returning next time we're in town for the RSC. We recommend leaving your car in the car park to avoid the traffic and strolling along the canal bank to the central marina. An easy 20 minutes away from the noise of the roads.
