Very welcoming, staff were phenomenal and very accommodating, food outstanding, elegant decor, and well situated to attend the Shakespeare theater. We did not encounter any children so difficult to rate family friendliness, but I feel the staff would do whatever they could to make the stay pleasant. Overall, more of an adult focused hotel. Only minor thing I can think of was hot tub was just warm, not hot

What a spectacular stay my Mom and I had at The Bruce! The suites are just stunning in design and layout. You will enjoy every possible amenity while you are there. From the cookie hotline to the lovely balcony and the beautiful decor in your room and throughout the hotel. What makes the hotel even more special is the staff! What wonderful, charming and caring people they all are. They all go above and beyond to make you feel extremely welcome and as though you are family. My Mom and I will be return guests, and cannot wait to stay at this amazing spot next year!

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate a milestone birthday, and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay! Every detail was carefully attended to and the service was impeccable. A beautiful and elegant hotel, close to the theatre and park area. It’s short walk into town by the main road, or a beautiful walk by the water. Very friendly staff, who are eager to please. I got the impression that the staff are not only happy, but proud of the hotel. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful bathroom. There is also an immaculate pool and hot tub with a spa-like feel.
