"The staff was not friendly. We were waiting about 30 min in bar to be seated and reminded a stuff 3 times! We explained our friends about to leave and we can seat instead. They said no. We have to wait. As soon as our friends left they said “oh yes, now we will clean up your table”. Nonsense. The air conditioner is too noisy. Impossible to sleep with that sound. Two kids of friends of mine got stuck in the elevator and spent their about 25 min. The elevator repair man said that’s it’s been a wild and he doesn’t remember how system works. So our friend helped him to open the elevator. The experience could be much more better"

"This hotel changed our opinion of holiday inns for the best! Property was clean and located very conveniently. There were several places to eat all just a few minutes in any direction, a Walmart and dollar tree right across the street. The free breakfast was fantastic! Everything was clean. We felt safe the entire time. Definitely would stay again!"

"I accidentally booked a handicapped accessible room and ended up with two double beds instead of queens which was unfortunate, but my fault. However, the room was not in good shape, plus the beds would squeak every time you moved. In addition, there was a bright light outside our window, which shined a lot of light into our room, making it more difficult to sleep."
