"It was over 80 degrees In Boston and no air conditioning in the hotel. Not good!!!"

"The bathroom was terrible. To take a shower was to flood the bathroom floor. We were on the 7th floor on the side with the Mass Pike and noise all night. And who knows how to raise the blinds. I looked and looked and found nothing and to believe that the blinds were to stay down is unbelievable. Over all I will never stay there again. On top of all else the staff could not give directions to the hotel and what little they told us was wrong"

"Perfect location! Convenient to the T, walking distance to shops and restaurants. CLEAN room, quiet, great amenities. Loved choosing our “view” upon check-in. Friendly and helpful staff and super funky, cool vibe and decor. The enormous “living room” on the main level with space to work, relax, chill was great! Loved the iPad control and “Focus” Mood. "

"They said the room had an upgrade but there were some things like cracked tile on the bathroom floor or the door was falling apart at the bottom. The ceiling had some major cracks. Overall it was clean and spacious. Didn't like being near a exit door because you could hear it open and close. The breakfast was o.k. The oatmeal was too watered down, the eggs were not fresh but powdered. They had coffee available all day which was lovely. Would stay again."

"The hotel was very clean, and the staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable and the lobby smelled great. The breakfast was pretty standard but not bad. Overall would definitely stay again."
