"We came here with high expectations and we were so unimpressed! Our room was by the pool and it opened at 8am. There were kids screaming every morning as loud as they could. The idea is nice but everything echoes so really no chance of sleeping in. We stayed for 5 days and our room was never cleaned. By the 4th day we had to BEG to get our room cleaned at the bare minimum get our garbage taken out."
