"Check in was awful. The reception areas was like a mad house and you couldn’t move for people queuing to get in the restaurant. The receptionist apologised for my wait as she ‘couldn’t get to me through the people’ I couldn’t go for my pre paid dinner because of the amount of time it would have taken which I didn’t have . "My stay was purely a bed for the night on a business trip but the hotel staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful. The room was comfy, clean and quiet despite being on the ground floor. The shower was great, good pressure and lots of hot water and nice complimentary toiletries. "
