It felt completely seamless, like every detail was already handled before we even thought to ask. The spa was another highlight, and Mackenzie was absolutely fantastic. Professional, attentive, and genuinely invested in making the experience relaxing and personalized, exactly what you hope for but rarely get to this level. And I have to give a special shoutout to Cliff from valet. Not only was he incredibly welcoming and accommodating, but his knowledge and warm personality truly tied the whole experience together. It’s rare to meet someone who leaves such a lasting impression in such a short interaction. Every part of this trip felt thoughtful, elevated, and genuinely cared for. "I think the trip was good but there were a few things about the hotel I wish they would consider, no mirror in the bedroom. No space to get ready in the bathroom no counter space. It smelled terribly like bleach in our room. The room seemed pretty clean which was nice but the bleach smell was so overwhelming we had to crack the window to sleep. Our eyes burned lol but other than that it was a nice stay. Nice view."
