"We stayed here for a night and it was a lovely experience. Charlotte on the desk was welcoming and the staff were all really friendly. The hotel has just had a refurbishment and it looked great. The evening meal was brilliant as was the selection of gins! This hotel is amazing for people travelling with dogs. Our dog was made welcome with his own bed and pamper package!
We would definitely recommend this hotel and will be visiting again. Thank you for a marvellous stay. "

"Amazingly friendly welcome. Heading up to the room through a fog of cigarette smoke did not bode well, but, happily, the room was immaculate.
Service was second to none. Free parking in market square roght outside the hotel was a great bonus.
