"Staff were very welcoming, room was clean and well kept, with tea/coffee making facilities and toiletries. They catered for my needs as a vegetarian - the food served in the pub is excellent and the Guinness is well kept! The staff fitted breakfast requirements around my need to catch particular trains. Would definitely stay there again."

"We had a fantastic time with our young toddler. Spacious and well equipped property, nicely furnished and very comfortable. Excellent and well maintained facilities with the highlights being a tennis court and an indoor swimming pool! Beautiful and peaceful location, surrounded by fields and countryside. "Great house for us as a group of families with teenagers. Lots of space and amazing location. Contrary to other reviews, the house was warm and there is also a big wood burner in the main living room. We all loved our stay, thank you. "

"Comfortable cottage with everything you need for a short stay. The bed was cosy with nice pillows and bed linen, the sofa was comfortable and free view tv was welcome in the evening. There was a very welcome pint of milk in the fridge. As we were visiting relatives we didn’t eat in the cottage at all, but the kitchen seemed well-equipped. The shower was hot and (although not super powerful) you came out clean and warm! Handy having shower gel and shampoo provided too. Access was easy and communication with the owner good. Lucea Cottage is right in the middle of Craven Arms and very handy for the Discovery Centre and the town centre shops etc. We visit the area regularly and would definitely book Lucea Cottage again. "The general stay was good however, I contacted the host via the app a few times and never got a response. Also the sofas in the back room were terrible and very uncomfortable, they all need to be refilled or changed. My sister who joined us is pregnant and found it very uncomfortable to rest there. The room with the kitchen had too many tables and chairs and instead having sofas would have been nice there with the one set of table and chairs. In the description it said that one room would have 4 single beds which suited the family however the settings of the room layouts was different and so sleeping arrangements became a bit of an issue for us. The gardener and manager were very helpful but that was only after arriving that I could communicate with them. "
