Very charming, clean and comfortable hotel. The staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. The dining room had a nice quiet calm atmosphere for breakfast. The breakfast buffet catered for everyone. Would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay.

The staff here were so nice and accommodating. We had an early 6am flight so we had to check out at 3am. The prepped a bad with sanwiches and fruit to take for breakfast and also gave us fresh brewed coffee. The hotel is small but very cute, breakfast was good. The only thing is I wished they really cleaned the rooms more thorougly during the days we stayed but it was a dealbreaker.

Practical hotel 2 nights

Location at 10 minutes from the subway station towards the city center and T-centralen (20 minutes trip) , shopping in the area, very close to the tram towards Friends Arena (called TvÀrbanan) which was practical for me who attended an event there. Quite comfortable single room, but the bed was a bit too narrow. Microwave, warm plate and sink för the ones who want to cook. The breakfast was ok.

Skapligt lÀge, och bra med gratis parkeringen. VÄrt rum lÄg pÄ tredje vÄningen och var ganska litet men fungerade helt okej. Svalt i rummet och vÀldigt varma tÀcken gjorde att det Äkte av och pÄ ett antal gÄnger under natten. Inredningen pÄ hela hotellet osar Ättiotal. Trevlig personal och skaplig frukostbuffé Àven om vÀldigt mycket rÄkade ta slut just nÀr vi Ät vid niotiden.

Hade fÄtt högsta betyg om inte: Vi blivit utan den specialkost jag flera gÄnger tidigare sa till om (fick inte dag 1, fick jag 2 nÀr jag klagade), det var ett lager damm pÄ alla hyllor och fönsterbÀnkar i rummet, fönstren var ocksÄ vÀldigt smutsiga, det var flera möbler i foajén osv som var trasiga som gav ett lite sjaskigt uttryck, en del i personalen pratade undermÄlig eller obefintlig svenska, rummet hade fönster till badrummet(?!?), klockan var instÀlld pÄ vÀckning 00:00 pÄ högsta volym (inte direkt nÄgot man som gÀst tÀnker pÄ att kontrollera). Nu till det positiva: Rummet var vÀldigt fint (vi hade Deluxe dubbel), vi blev vÀl bemötta av personalen, fin bastu, nÀra till spÄrvagn och minicentrum, trevlig atmosfÀr.
