"Great location"

"The place is advertised as a hotel with staff. But it is a hostel with private bedrooms, shared bathrooms and shower. They do have some rooms with private bath. Be careful when you book a room with private bath get a confirmation. The owner charged me an additional 60 euros to give me the room with a private bathroom. I ended up paying $240 for a room that was advertised for $135. For $240 when I checked I should have been able to get a proper hotel with three stars. I did not see any staff. You have to tell the owner when you arrive so they can have someone hand you the key to enter. You are given a key with two access codes to reach your room. I needed to check out on Sunday, waited until 10:30 am checkout time and no one was there. I left the key in the safety deposit box and left so I don’t miss my train. Be very careful I don’t think they were honest with thier advertisement on the Expedia site. "

"This is a great place for a home base. Having a laundry downstairs was perfect for us. We met the owner and he was such a nice man. We will definitely stay here if we get to Venice again."

"The hotel was lovely Chic and cool - very spacious room i was on the 4th floor and had a Corner room. Staff are nice and friendly and work hard. The only gripe i has was that in the room there are no water bottles nor are they replenished: I think You have to ask for water and they bring to you which I Never did, i went to local supermarket and got some any way. I’ve been in 3 star hotels and water is given as standard but other wise it’s central and in walkable distance to everything. Staff are great and make you feel welcome."

"Such beautiful accomodations, very clean, everything you need. Seemed very new. Very neat facilities, weren't around enough to enjoy them, it was closed before we got home in evening and before we left in morning. The laundry was available and open until 11, it did require a specific laundry card or cash, which was a bit of a hassle. Everything seemed to be closed by 8, store, pool, etc. That being said, the bar and restaurant were still open and the food and drink were wonderful, at least for American tourists a little bit of homestyle food, for vegetarian a very yummy burger and fries. Very convenient checkout a nice gentleman ran out for our keys and let us get on our way. Nice location, nice people, beautiful, clean and efficient! Comfortable and very modern and chic! "
