"This was our first time in Pagosa. Our house was fantastic. Very clean. Had all of the amenities we needed. This was a ski trip with a lot of weather challenges (travel in/out, ski conditions), but the house was not one of them. It was great!"

"Pros - lots of space and beds, large driveway and garage for parking options, no major issues with comfort/functionality Cons - kitchen sink faucet was very loose and required 2 hands to turn on and from hot/cold; dryer took multiple cycles to dry clothes (towels in master bath were folded and put away damp prior to our arrival so we washed and dried them again); could have stocked basic household items (we bought toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap as there either wasn’t any or 1 roll of each for 11 person property); WiFi was pretty spotty, had multiple issues with the error message “WiFi network CenturyLink8056 does not appear to be connected to the internet”"
