"Excellent hotel, in the heart of Rotterdam. The staff were really friendly and helpful; we checked into our room early, which was lovely after such a long trip and meant we could get on with exploring the city. The hotel was very clean, with an excellent rooftop terrace and bars. Would recommend this hotel."

"While it was kind (and odd) to be upgraded but without access to the M Lounge, it really didn't matter. The staff working The Pillars were all superb - particularly Maressa who kindly helped me improve my Dutch language skills. As the other 'front of house' for the hotel they are an absolute credit and I hope are recognised as such. The room was wonderful and we slept well followed up by an extensive range of breakfast choices to set you up for the day. I can recommend the cheese omelette. The location just across from Centraal station was another benefit meaning we had time to explore more Rotterdam before finally catching the train home."
