"What a little gem right on the beach. I booked last minute and staff was so friendly and accommodating. Great location with easy access to the beach and those refreshing clear Adriatic waters. Wonderful breakfast included, as well as free parking. The hotel has seen better days but it is very clean and has everything you need for a quick overnight. A little expensive but perfect if you are looking to get away from the crowds in Split and sleep in a chill vintage guesthouse. Recommended. "
"Everything was excellent, very polite and helpful staff, a beautiful coastline and beach just across the appartement, the room was just like the pictures, bus and supermarket at 1min from the hotel, nothing bad to report. Would definitly go back again. "
"The owners were wonderfully welcoming and rooms were well appointed.
Breakfasts were lovely, offering eggs, fruit, bread and cheese. The beachfront location was perfect! "

"The staff were approachable friendly and efficient.
Breakfast Buffet was an amazing range of options including eggs cooked exactly to order. Plenty of fruit available as well as cereals, nuts etc.
Staff worked really hard to keep tables cleared for each new customer.
Pool and Wellness Centre were beautifully laid out - provided a relaxing atmosphere. Great range of treatments on offer. Roof top bar is stunning. The hotel provides a very relaxed atmosphere.
The building work nearby forced a road closure but this was outside the control of the hotel."
"Overall we enjoyed our stay. Hotel is nice and modern, has easy access to public transit, and a good breakfast buffet. Our room had a couple minor issues like a water stain on the ceiling of the bathroom, excess water leaking around the door of the shower when we showered, and our toilet seemed to run for awhile after flushing .As well, the sound proofing was average as we could hear a decent amount of outside noise, but overall no major issues and we weren't there long enough to feel the need to complain about these things. We like that the room had double sinks and a rainfall shower, and the bed was clean and comfortable, and the hotel itself was in a quieter area of Split and easy to find. So overall we'd recommend this hotel, just some minor things that could be improved. "
"As a couple with no kids, we wanted somewhere comfortable to stay, with great gym and facilities that wasn't too loud and still easy to get around. This hotel ticked all those boxes. The staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was worth booking as the immediate surrounding area wasn't as busy as the main tourist district. The gym is fantastic and the pictures actually do it justice. The walls aren't the thickest so you might get unlucky with a neighbour. It's also worth pointing out it's much more of a business hotel, so our holiday hours were different to a lot of others so pool etc was nice and quiet in the mornings and evenings. "
"We are a family of four with two young children. We had a car so needed to stay outside of Split and this apartment looked ideal. We wanted to ensure our kids had access to a pool and when the description offered this, we enquired about how far away the pool was and were advised it was 2 minutes away. This seemed perfect so we booked. Before arrival we made enquiries with the owner about the day passes for the pool, she advised they didn’t provide the passes (no mention of this on the site) and that it would cost us 130 euros for us to have access to the pool (again no mention of this in the site). This was very disappointing for us as this was what we had agreed to do with our children as a lazy end to a busy travelling holiday. I contacted the owner to explain our situation and see if she would meet us half way with the cost (as the advert wasn’t clear) and found the response very obnoxious, no admittance of fault, just constant ‘I’m sorry YOU have misunderstood or misread the description’. It felt very unprofessional and immature. The apartment itself had plenty of amenities, a washing machine was helpful and I was looking forward to using the coffee machine but this overflowed with water when we used it. The shower also overflowed onto the floor each time we used it. The pull down bed was a great addition but no sheets/pillows were left out for us to use the sofa for our 2nd child. The apartment is within an an old tower block that whilst ok is not ideal."
