This property was so lovely. Our room was really spacious, along with the bathroom. It felt really new and clean. We had the best view over the whole of Split! It was only about a 5 minute walk away from the Riva Promenade and being so close to Bicvace beach was perfect!

Came into Split by boat and not only was the location easy to find and walk to ( one of two tall black buildings in town), but great location for exploring the wharf area and dining. The view from any room is great and extremely quiet despite being in an active area. Clean, modern and comfortable.

Location is perfect for us. Easy 7-10 min walk to Old Town and bus station . The room is clean and modern and communication with the property owner is a super. No issues at all.

Located up a small incline from the port of Split and in an office block are several levels of apartments run by different companies. Seascape is on the top floor and provided panoramic views of the old town,Riva(esplanade) and port. The reception and cleaning staff are first class. The room is impressive and all just a short walking distance to Old town and Docletians palace. A small cafe is located on the bottom floor and a small supermarket behind the building for all your needs.

The rooms were fantastic with lovely staff that kept up with us all the way from departing our home airport to arrival and check in. It has a non-conventional check-in desk, but was not a bother at all. The location is fantastic being 5 minutes away from everything you could want.

Beautiful room with great view, nearby Old Split and the harbour. Parking can be a bit confusing since there are 3 separate parkings spots and each parking spot belongs to something different. Thankfully our host was friendly and really fast at responding at our texts, so great customer service. Would recommend.

Excellent location, close to the local city beach as well as the old town. Fantastic views, clean, excellent air conditioning and elevator. Building was well maintained and clean. The little resto at the bottom of the building is great for a quick breakfast option before a day of touring. Highly recommend. Area was very safe, cleaning services were excellent. I would book here again if I was visiting Split.

Luxury room on 14th floor with great view over harbour. Well equipped with comfortable bed. Kettle but almost no supplies. Big closet and excellent bathroom.

Great place to stay

Loved our stay! The hotel was close to everything including the airport shuttle bus stop. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. She recommended a great restaurant for a typical Croatian dish.
