"I had a great stay no complaints"

"The receptionist when checking in was great! She was the only good thing. Room smelled funny. We rented the suite. Carpet was disgusting. There were blood stains throughout the rooms with a big one in one of the closets. There was blood behind one of the sinks that wasn't cleaned up. Hair in the shower. Several of the towels were stained. Pool and hot tub were out of commission not that i would have dared to get into it. The "continential"breakfast consisted of things you put in a toaster to warm up and some cereal. It was pretty sad. But you get what you pay for. Go on the cheap and this is what you get. Totally disgusting. "

"Clean room. Laundry room and snack area excellent. Pleasently surprised at how nice the room was clean and organized. Would definitely stay at this location again!!"

"Was put in a room a long walk away from reception (short drive) which was particularly close to the loud highway. On top of that the walls seem paper thin and I had a very loud snorer on the other side of the wall. Add this to all these fine print charges like a $35 daily resort fee for things I will never use (other than internet that is a given at any hotel) , $20 p/n parking fee on this massive property with parks everywhere and many other charges it all added up to a particularly distasteful stay which I am not used to being. Hyatt Gold Passport member . Needless to say I thought it was poor value and I will not stay again on my next year’s trip to Monterey. "

"A good stopover if you’re visiting Monterey bay aquarium or nearby places. The property is pretty new and has restaurant and a full service bar on site. The best part is the pool and spa which is very accessible and well maintained."
