Everything was great from the room to the customer service at the front desk. The only thing was that room service was trying to kick me out by 9a.m, and I was still asleep even though my checkout was before 11a.m..

The hotel staff was good. The hotel had very little to none of hot water. And understandably it is not situated in the best of neighborhoods, there was continuous prostitution at night. The majority of the people staying at this hotel were families with small children yet no one in management seemed to care that prostitution was common at night. Extremely disappointed in the environment.
