A cozy, well-appointed condo. Walkable to the resort base. Nice hot tub, shuttle to resort and an on-call shuttle to/from downtown. Pleasantly surprised - it was better than expected!

Great location close to a little shop (Wild Plum) with snacks/wine you’d need that you forgot, comfy and nicely decorated condo, lovely views, just a walk away from several restaurants, large hot tub in a beautiful green pool area, easy to lock up bikes in the garage or store ski stuff in a locker so no need to lug anything upstairs. All in all a great visit for a reasonable price in Steamboat. Also, the front seat staff, maintenance guy and manager were all very friendly and helpful. We would definitely want to stay here again.

We had a very enjoyable stay! Our unit was clean and well stocked. Wish we could have stayed longer, not just for the anticipation of fall colors but for the relaxation all over Steamboat. The only glitch was with checkin as there were two spot with the same address. Eventually found ours and all good.

Great place to stay. Very friendly staff and excellent location. A shuttle comes every 10 minutes to take people to the slopes or downtown free of charge. Tips are customary and appreciated but optional. We will definitely go Back there again. Wine and cheese reception is Thur apres ski

Beautiful

The hotel was actually a condo and you pulled into the garage under the condo and rode the elevator up to your room. It was beautiful inside and out. the kitchen was fully stocked with supplies just need to stop at the grocery store. No complaints at all. It was very nice.

Great location, close to slopes.

The positives: - location is very close to ski slopes and convenient to downtown restaurants and shops via shuttle service. - the size. we got a spacious 3-bedroom that came with a laundry room and a fully functional kitchen. The negatives: - there was an awful clicking/ticking noise coming from one of the bathroom ceiling that made it hard to sleep peacefully. - we stayed 5 nights and were promised maid service to be done twice at check-in, but they ended up cleaning only once during our stay. - the 10 am checkout time is a bit on the early side (considering their check in time is 4 pm), and not only were they inflexible in delaying it for 1 hour, they actually CALLED our room at 10:02am asking why we weren't at the front desk checking out yet.

Another wonderful stay at Canyon Creek!

Our trip to Canyon Creek in Steamboat was awesome.  The stay was quiet, calm and relaxing.  The front desk staff person, Brian, welcomed us back and had our favorite condo all ready.  The fall time in Steamboat is great and Canyon Creek is a wonderful place to stay.  Fully stocked kitchen with every utensil, plate, cup and small appliance you need to prepare and serve food (you bring the food).  Flat screen TV in each bedroom and in the front room (if you have time to watch).  Our 6th trip there and we will be back next fall.  Highly recommended to anyone to check it out.  You won't regret your stay.

Once again, a great stay!

This is our fourth trip to Canyon Creek in the fall season and it was the best one yet. The 2 bedroom condo has always been exceptional but this year our timing was perfect for the fall colors. Other times we've selected dates that were too late to enjoy the splendor. Last year we were surprised by the cadence of housekeeping (every other day) but this year we managed it much better and knowing about it, it was a non-issue. Understand that with such few guests in the fall it doesn't make sense from a business standpoint to do housekeeping everyday. However provisions are supplied in each condo for gathering recyclables, plenty of towels, laundry/dryer machines provided in the condo, pretty much everything needed for a comfortable stay...and most of all, privacy and quiet! It was a wonderful place to be to unwind from the loud big city life. Fantastic stay...highly recommend!

Great Steamboat Location - Canyon Creek

Would highly recommend Canyon Creek to others. Great location and regular shuttle service will take you virtually anywhere. Nice property, good amenities, and very comfortable stay. Good for families w/smaller children too.. We were very pleased.

Like a second home...

This was our third consecutive year at Canyon Creek and was a good stay. One thing we learned was that in the Fall when we were there (Sept) they have reduced Housekeeping services and that wasn't conveyed to us when we arrived. Once we figured that out we weren't so concerned that the place was losing it's passion for good service. It was merely a sign of the times and no more than a minor inconvenience. We still had a great time in and around Steamboat and enjoyed our stay there.

Great condo

I would recommend this condo- it was very new, clean and had nice decor. We used the shuttle to get to the gondola and back and never had to wait more than a minute or two. The condo had everything we needed from a blender to a pizza cutter. Great value for the price since we were there at the end of the season.
