"Front desk was top, the room was dirty and they did not change sheets for extended guest! Slept on same sheets for 5 days! One of the reason I did not leave a tip! Front desk staffs was excellent! "

"The lodge is dated and it shows. The staff are nice but were not very responsive. We had several issues with our room that took them days to address. Our room was not cleaned when we got there and smelled of rotting food. We eventually found a bag of trash in the room from the previous guests.It also had a gas leak from the fireplace that they just told us to “air out.” Most of the lodge features like the pool waterfall and fire pits were not turned on for the duration of our stay. I did talk to the hotel staff multiple times about the issues with our room and they did eventually (day 2) take out the trash and clean the room. It was disappointing overall and I would not return. "

"Clean, easy access from freeway, staff friendly and accommodating, parking was good and air conditioning worked great. "
