Absolutely horrible experience! Hands down the worst hotel we have ever stayed at! Terrible customer service. Upon check-in, the employee who checked us in was very rude and acted as if we were inconveniencing him by checking in. We went to our room, and the first thing we noticed was that it was filthy. We went to the front desk, and they said they could only give us a new room, which was even worse. It was so gross. The shower was broken, the handle kept falling off, the TV did not work, holes in the was. there was hair and stains on the sheets, stained carpet and curtains, dirty walls, hair and dirt in the shower, and fecal matter on the wall behind the toilet. Under the bed was disgusting. The list goes on and on about how dirty this place was. To make matters worse, we woke up to ants in the bathroom and by the front door. The pool was also closed, which, I guess, has been that way for a while but was never advertised as being closed. We tried to cancel and not stay, but the manager was so rude and said no cancellations aloud. No refunds aloud. He did offer a 25-cent discount, which to me was a slap in the face. I will never stay here again, and I hope that no one else has to experience this nightmare. Just book somewhere else and save yourself the trouble.
