Lovely property with wonderful hosts

This property is beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and stocked with everything you need for a relaxing stay in historical Staunton. This was our first time in the area and we were so appreciative of all the information Kathleen provided about things to do. The beds are very comfortable and the reading book is a sweet touch for much needed relaxation. The property’s location is great- near the downtown area and close to major highways. Very happy to have booked this property and wouldn’t hesitate to do so again.

Fabulous place!

We loved the duplex! It was wonderfully appointed with everything we needed. The property manager was kind and super responsive in all communications. Within walking distance of Gypsy Hill Park. We would definitely stay again!

Beautifully decorated very clean 2 bedroom home located in a quiet neighborhood. Kathleen is a great property manager who made herself available at a time of need ;-) Would HIGHLY recommend.

Great getaway

My family and I spent our Labor Day weekend here and enjoyed every minute. The home is in a safe neighborhood that is a short drive from downtown. The beds are comfortable and the home was clean. The owner was quick to respond to any questions I had and even went above and beyond with recommendations.The price was reasonable for a weekend getaway. Would stay again.

Beautiful Place

This has by far been my favorite rental experience on any platform thus far. You can tell that a lot of thought and time has been put into this property so the renter has a wonderful stay. The house is in an excellent location within close proximity to a lot of things. The property was beautifully decorated and smelt so fresh & clean when we walked in. The beds are super comfortable. There was plenty of shampoo, conditioner, soap, trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap, cleaning supplies, air freshener, dishes, towels, linens, and more so there was no need to rush out and get anything at all. Excellent communication from the host and easy check in. This place is a must stay if you’re seeing local Staunton, Waynesboro, Lexington, Harrisonburg, or for easy travel to Charlottesville.

Very clean property with plenty of supplies like soap and towels. Host responded quickly to questions. Neighborhood felt safe and we saw 3 deer grazing on a nearby lawn one evening.

Staunton Hospitality at its Finest

Kathleen was a gracious and highly responsive host. She thought through all of the details to ensure we had a great visit back to my partner's undergrad college town. House is beautifully appointed and the location is convenient to all things Staunton. We will absolutely stay at one of Kathleen's properties again!
