It’s such good value and ideal for our trip to Birmingham. We ate in the restaurant and both meals we had were good. "Clean, well equipped, clearly explained key access. But very bad sound insulation. I could hear the person in the room breathe (not even snore!) as if they were in my room. From the room above, you could also hear every single footstep very loudly. Bring ear plugs!"
