"I stayed here while visiting my daughter at UOB, the rooms were large and spacious, the bed was comfy and I loved having the bath. We ate at the Highfield pub next door, it is on the expensive side but the food we had was delicious and the service was great. Would recommend

"Every area in the hotel was spotless. The staff in the breakfast area wiped down surfaces, tidied up displays and cleared up endlessly. The room, en-suite, corridors, lifts and reception area could not have been cleaner! "
"Really nice hotel in a great location for the arena and lots of restaurants and bars. The staff were very friendly and helpful with advice about the area. The hotel car park was ideal and could be booked in advance which was ideal. The bar area is really nice and the breakfast was great. We will definitely use this hotel again for future trips to Birmingham. "
